Cassie Hall School Breakfast and Lunch Program

Program Impact

Our school is in an area of our city where many people are struggling to find employment, and struggle to provide enough healthy food for their children each day.  Many of our students are not able to come to school with school supplies. 

A local charity provides backpacks with school supplies for our students.  A local restaurant donated a stove for our program, and often donates fruit for our students. 

Our students seem hungrier as the weather gets colder each year… We hope to feed them 3 hot meals each week.  There is a great need here.  We are trying to take care of the basic needs so that learning will happen.
